Jordan Decker is a fiction writer based in New York City.

He was born in Winter Park, Florida in 2000 and spent his adolescent years relocating to every corner of the Sunshine State. Deciding that being a Florida Man didn’t scare people enough, Jordan turned to the world of fiction to finish the job.

He began writing stories at age six after discovering Microsoft Word's clipart animation feature and using the tool to create children’s books. He fell in love with the gateway that storytelling opened to expressing his emotions with family members. When Jordan discovered his mother’s Stephen King collection at age nine, he was inspired to explore the horror genre through his art.

His passion for writing escalated to obsessive levels when he began instilling fear in his stories. Although he indulges in all genres, macabre often makes an appearance across the board. Jordan now enjoys crafting short stories, scripts, novels, and everything in between.

His only goal is to provide a certain level of the same escape for readers that he finds in writing.
